  Our Mission Statement

To support and strengthen the existing Foothill/Trabuco and Silverado/Modjeska Specific Plans as implementation policies of the General Plan to preserve and protect the environmental treasures and rural character of the canyon communities adjacent to the Trabuco District of the Cleveland National Forest.
